One of the biggest problems for forklift operators is when someone else is telling you what to do.

The forklift operator should know how to load a piece of equipment or get someone that does. There is no reason to have someone tell you, the operator, how to load a piece of equipment.

Someone watching to make sure you're setting the forklift down in the center of the trailer is okay but to flat out tell you how, no way.

Make sure when you have a job as a forklift operator that you know how to properly operate and load a forklift. It's your responsibility as the operator to properly use the forklift in any job.
