Boom Forklift

Both are at fault, the driver of the the car obviously was not paying attention to the forklift moving in his direction. Someone driving an automobile should always give the right away to a piece of equipment that is moving.

The fork lift driver's mistake was the fact that he had his forks lifted up too high and cannot see anything to the right because the boom is in the way.
